The Founder's Journey
I built and sold an e-commerce business from my spare room with a zero-pound marketing budget. Every sale came from things that actually worked... not theories from a textbook. I know what it's like to do everything yourself because you have to, not because you want to.
The Trusted Advisor
I spent a few years as Head of Marketing for Peter Jones's investment portfolio. I was responsible for digital strategy across multiple businesses, presenting findings and recommendations directly to him and his leadership teams. When you're accountable to a Dragon, you learn quickly what works and what's just expensive noise.
The Enterprise Leader
I then spent over a decade in big tech with Nuance and Microsoft, managing multi-million pound budgets and building AI-led frameworks that delivered measurable results, including millions in new revenue and an conversion uplifts. I learned what's possible at scale, and more importantly, how to make complex technology actually work.

Why Extra Mile AI
I founded Extra Mile AI because I kept seeing the same problem: brilliant technology locked away behind corporate budgets and incomprehensible jargon. Small businesses are told they "need to embrace digital transformation" without anyone explaining what that actually means or how much it should cost.
I'm here to change that. I bring enterprise-level expertise without the enterprise-level nonsense. No buzzwords, no overcomplicated solutions, no pretending that every business needs the same thing.
