I'm Lewis Davies, a Fractional Head of Growth with over 17 years driving profitable growth across B2B SaaS, DTC, and consumer brands.

I help businesses adapt to the AI search era whilst building systematic demand generation that delivers measurable results.

 

My specialisation is GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) - making you visible when customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google AI for recommendations. Most marketers haven't caught up to this yet. 

I've managed enterprise marketing at Microsoft and Nuance (budgets up to $2M, delivering $7.59M in revenue), led a 6-person marketing team at Peter Jones Media working across a portfolio of investment brands, and founded a DTC lifestyle brand that I scaled from £0 to profitable exit. That brand - Chimineashop - taught me the power of product storytelling and building customer trust through content rather than paid acquisition. I achieved £10K+ monthly profit with zero paid media, purely through compelling storytelling and retention-first thinking.
